Return Policy
- How many days does a customer have to initiate a return?
- Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return via the RMA page.

- What condition must return items be?
- Items returned because of fit must be in original undamaged condition or else the customer will not be credited for the product being returned. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer.
- Items returned because of damage must be in original packaging. Once Stanco receives the damaged item(s) they will be inspected and evaluated for cause of damage. If the damage is found to have occurred prior to the customer receiving the item a full refund for the item will be processed, less all shipping fees. Stanco will pay to ship the new items at standard rate. If damage is determined to occur after the customer received items no credit will be given including shipping.
- Items returned because they are no longer needed, must be in original undamaged condition or else the customer will not be credited for the product being returned less a 15% restocking fee. The customer will be responsible for all return shipping fees.
- Items returned because wrong item sent, must be in original undamaged condition or else the customer will not be credited for the product being returned or shipping. Stanco will provide the customer with a return shipping label for incorrect items.
- Must packages be unopened, or can items be returned provided they are in original packaging?
- Items must be returned in original packaging. If the original packaging is not available, then the customer is responsible for finding acceptable packaging that properly protects the product. If the original packaging is not available, then the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges.
- Is a receipt required to return an item?
- A fully completed return (RMA) form is required to be considered for any returns. The return (RMA) form can be found on the StancoDirect website.
- Are some items restricted from being returned?
- Used items are not returnable.
- How are refunds provided?
- Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing card.
- Is the customer responsible for return shipping costs, or will the business pay for return shipping charges?
- Return shipping charges for items purchased by mistake for any reason will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Returns for items that were received in a damaged state will be shipped at Stanco’s expense. Stanco will provide the customer with a shipping label. If items are shipped with a non-Stanco provided shipping label, the purchaser will be responsible for shipping costs.
- Are any restocking fees or other charges subtracted from refunded amounts?
- Items returned due to customer's mistake will be refunded the full amount minus a 15% restocking fee.
